I've been in Jacksonville for 2 years I've been to many DD, I will only go to this one even if it's out of my way at the moment, the crew is great they're always happy and start your day off in a positive note, food always fresh and coffee always tastes the same, and did I mention the wonderful people that work here!!!
I love this Dunkin!!The Manager (Nerissa) is Top Notch!!She is amazing and her staff is right there with her!!You can tell they love what they do!!I go every morning and when I start my order before I can even complete she says Hey Ms Whitney I got you!!!I love it!it makes me smile knowing she and her staff know my order by memory!!They Care!!!Start my day off Right!!Even when I order food it’s fresh and my order is my order I’ve never gotten the (wrong) order!I really appreciate that!
